- Abstract
- Becoming like Jesus Christ is a part of God's design for his people. Small groups can play an essential role in this transformation process. The basis of this project was a one-day workshop for small group leaders. The workshop content included biblical descriptions of transformation and biblical relational processes suitable to foster spiritual transformation in small groups' members. The role of small group dynamics as described by social scientists was also presented. The project report includes an evaluation of the workshop and key learnings based on analysis of pre-workshop and post-workshop assessments filled out by the participants.
