- This project is an evangelistic outreach for the local church called 'netfishing.' Chapter one describes the ministry context of Mill Creek Baptist Church. It shares the historical evangelistic patterns, overall church growth and cultural demographics of the church. Chapter two lays the biblical and historical foundation that demonstrates God's communicating to mankind through various media. It argues that if God had chosen various ways to communicate in the past, He will use various ways today and tomorrow. Chapter three researches the history and current state of the Internet. Chapter four presents the evangelistic process called 'netfishing.' It reveals the development of 'netfishing' and consists of personal and congregational 'netfishing' encounters. Chapter five evaluates the effectiveness of 'netfishing' and suggests modifications for the use of 'netfishing' in the future.
