Abstract
  • This project proposes that special needs and vulnerabilities of persons who suffer from borderline personality disorder (BPD) may lead to a mishearing of the Christian message. By examining the reality of persons with BPD in light of studies in psychology, missiology, process theology, and postmodern theology, the project seeks to discover alternate methods of communicating the message. The project includes a case study, a spiritual model of BPD, and suggestions for application.
