Abstract
  • In this project the author deals with both the biblical role model of missionary and the bible-based philosophy of missionary training to present to his students and to help them follow the role model of missionary and be trained to become the ambassadors for Christ. In order to give an effective and successful missionary training to his students, he has been convinced that a short-term missions trip can be employed as an effective tool to meet his objective. He has been involved in taking a group of his students twice and began to see their lives greatly changed. The short-term missions trip proves to be a powerful method to meet his purpose and can be employed by the local churches as well as by the Bible Colleges.
