Abstract
  • A majority of Protestant congregations are dying. Redevelopment provides a program for encountering the reasons and discovering the means of change. This project names what else is necessary for a thorough spiritual and physical transformation of congregations to become the church in mission and ministry as reformed by God. Biblical exegesis, theological exploration of convictional experiences and the function and patterns of conflict and crisis are explored in relation to redevelopment case studies. The project formulates description of four interrelated prerequisites essential to missional congregational redevelopment.
