Abstract
  • Baby boomers will find meaning and self-fulfillment in life and faith by understanding themselves as stewards in light of Douglas John Hall's theology of stewardship. Incorporating the methods of literature review, sociological examination, survey, interviews, and qualitative analysis this dissertation project conveys useful models for local congregations which can captivate the energies, needs, values, and ideals of the baby boomer generation and address their search for self-fulfillment.
