  • Churches come to the point in their corporate life when the founding generation's vision no longer carries the weight it once did and a new vision needs to be discerned. The reasons for this need to refocus vision vary. The challenges faced at this time are often similar. Writing from his perspective of pastoring several Canadian Evangelical Missionary churches through this time of directional re-definition, the author identifies many of these challenges and provides insights into overcoming them as he describes and analyzes the visioning process he took his church in Kitchener, Ontario through.
