Abstract
  • There needs to be greater participation and ministry collaboration among the haitian churches in the area of New England. This is needed to (a) develop people's gifts and talents for service unto God, (b) better equip members in the church for leadership roles and (c) make sure that each member has equal opportunity to use his or her gift to the glory of God. For any change to happen, as well as for any possible solutions, leaders of Haitian churches will need to be educated. A 7-Step plan generated by feedback from interviews, workshops, surveys and conferences will then measure the progress made in this research.
