- Abstract
- The purpose of this project was to design regional strategies for multiplying the number of Southern Baptist Churches in the Dakotas. The project is a slice of a ten-year effort to bring organizational change to a state denomination of churches affiliated with the Dakota Southern Baptist Fellowship. The change needed was to multiply the number of churches. The primary means of accomplishing this change required the enlistment of a force of professional church planters to lead in the designing and implementing of regional strategies for the starting of new churches. This force was found in the existing positions of the Associational Missionaries. The position was renamed and restructured into that of Church Starter Strategist/Associational Missionary.
