Abstract
  • When laypersons are informed of the nature of spiritual gifts and the individual spiritual gifts they possess, those laypersons will be more involved in ministry both within and beyond their local church. The researcher designed a spiritual gift workshop that included an evaluation process to test his thesis. The evaluation process included results of two surveys and several measurement tools. The researcher was able to determine through participants surveys and personal observation that a number of the persons were challenged by the information they received and some responded to the process by increased involvement in ministry.
