This project proposes a 'start-up strategy' for pastors facing challenges of adjustment and change in moving to a new church, focusing on the primary issues encountered in the first two years. Based on research in current literature, the project conducts a survey of 97 pastors in the start-up process and analyzes the data to develop useful strategies.
