Abstract
  • David Hesselgrave's 'Pauline Cycle' is geared to development of master plans for planting of local churches, but concepts and strategies of the Pauline Cycle also lend themselves to development of an overall framework at local, regional, and national levels. Using the various steps in this church-planting model, this project examines the history of Korean Evangelical Holiness Church growth and evaluates the Every Creature Crusade church-planting program in both traditional and Pauline Cycle terms, in order to develop an effective Korean Evangelical Holiness Church mission strategy for the future.
