  • This project's purpose was to equip selected associational leaders to help churches in the Hephzibah and Kilpatrick Baptist Associations in Georgia design their individual strategies for healthy development. The training included helping a church understand the biblical foundations for a healthy church, the church's existing ministry structure, the church's ministry community, and process of restructuring the church to reach the community with the biblical message of Christian salvation. This equipping model project resulted in trained, qualified individuals who would be available to any associational church desiring assistance in healthy development.
