Abstract
  • This project deals with developing a church board in a family context that has not addressed trusteeship and accountability. The purpose of this project was to test whether training in key areas of church leadership will prompt church board members to a greater responsibility for right leadership in those areas. Research was conducted into current information on church board and relevant non-profit leadership. Also information was gathered through a survey of pastors concerning board development. The project includes four months of actual curriculum, and the evaluations of the curriculum.
