Abstract
  • This work seeks to answer the question: what does God expect of a pastor? This work presents a biblical practical theology on pastoral ministry from the perspective of one who has engaged in a variety of cultures and languages, was raised outside the culture of the American church, yet currently works within it. By 'biblical theology' the author has in mind a system of thinking which is based on a careful exegesis of the Bible. This project will engage in the study of Scripture and cull the material for content related to pastoral ministry.
