Abstrakt

It is the premise of this study that the Christian service assignment is valid for seminarians only if it becomes an integral part of their training program. Out of this study has come a manual to teach pastors and teachers how to work in partnership with the seminary to train young seminarians. Extensive field use of the manual in training sessions with pastors has proven its usefulness in this process.
