- The purpose of this project was to develop a five-year plan that would provide those affiliated with the Marriage and Family Center a model to follow for establishing two credible training programs, one for pastors and another for marital therapists. Research on AAPC and AAMFT standards, as well as state licensure requirements, are presented with consultative comment from William C Nichols, AAMFT president.
