Abstract

The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy to assess the emerging community ministry needs in Moselle, Mississippi. This strategy planning model necessitated that strategic planning and community assessment tools be researched and shared with a group selected from the membership of Moselle Memorial Baptist Church. The select group prepared a strategy template for the church which was presented to various groups within the church. The action with regards to the implementation of the strategy template is outside the scope of this project in ministry, but it can provide opportunities for charting future ministries.
