Abstract
  • A shared or congregational vision is foundational to church growth, and can be developed through participatory processes. One of the contributory elements to the lack of growth in small congregations is the change of vision with each change of pastoral leadership. Methodology was to lead a church through a process that would result in the development of a congregational growth vision. Results indicated that a congregational growth vision can be developed that will set direction and leadership for future years.
