The purpose of this project was to help an established, plateaued church become healthy again by devising and implementing a contextualized strategic growth process. The writer highlighted the urgent need for church revitalization both nationally and locally. Special consideration was given to the unique cultural challenges at Wai'alae Baptist Church that make revitalization challenging.
