  • The purpose of this project is to implement the discipline of theological reflection as a mentoring paradigm for seminary students in theological field education for the integration of theology into life and ministry. A twelve week session was conducted with students presenting case studies on assigned areas of life and ministry using the proposed theological reflection paradigm. This was then processed in a group setting for mentoring and community progression. Through the project, participants learned the importance of the discipline as well as acquire a method of reflection necessary for integrating and interacting experience with theology.
