Abstract
  • Decision-making is not a science which can be easily formulated. It is an art which is developed through relationships and experiences. This study challenges methods of decision-making which offer authoritarian attachment and deny one's personal responsibility. The suggested alternative is an approach to decision-making based on an interpretation of the will of God which focuses on being over doing. This study is particularly aimed at helping Christian college students to become more mature decision makers. The primary context for this task is the setting of a denominational campus ministry program.
