Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to develop a team approach to support development for Christian Challenge campus ministries in Phoenix, Arisona, who raise their personal financial support. The goal is to create a team process in order to provide campus missionaries encouragement, prayer, accountability, and advocacy in their ministry partner development process. The missionaries recruit and organize launch teams to assist them in raising financial support. The missionaries implement a team approach to their support development efforts. Evaluation is done by means of pre- and post-project surveys, evaluation forms, and personal interviews with participants.
