- Abstract
- This project is a review and evaluation of the essential theological principles that the author has used to train pre- and post-field missionaries. These are the critical issues necessary to establish these saints free and complete in Christ so that they can joyfully obey the Great Commandment in order to effectively fulfill their role in accomplishing the Great Commission. A biblical theology and rationale was presented with a view toward reducing missionary attrition. An informal study was conducted by those who have received this training in order to show the relevance, necessity and impact of this discipleship/counseling model.
