Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy for training church leaders in conflict management in the Chinese Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. The project includes two points: (1) interviewing twenty Chinese pastors in order to understand how they handle conflict, and (2) leading five conflict management training sessions for leaders of the Chinese Baptist Church, Houston, Texas. The project caused the church to become aware of the need for conflict management and the necessity of being a healthy church.
