Abstract
  • The author produced a program of learning for small groups consisting of eight sessions, designed to help Southern Baptist church members recover their denominational identity through a creative exploration of their rich heritage. Research was conducted using books, periodicals, primary and secondary sources, and personal interviews. The result is a fully developed program of learning that could be used in any Southern Baptist church to help members 'recover' their Southern Baptist identity.
