Abstract
  • Man is made in the image of God and saved by His grace. It is essential for a minister to renew himself continuously on the Words of God. He is to grow by understanding his own character and value formation. Through reflection, he will be able to build up a healthy view on himself. A minister has to view the success of life from God's perspective and not by any human standards. In the process, there are problems on personal, familial and spiritual dimensions. Physical health is essential in enhancing spiritual growth.
