Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to lead a select group to develop a master plan for starting a church planting movement among a population segment in the city of Puebla, Mexico. The project employed a seven-step process including the recruitment and commitment of team members; the pre-testing and post-testing of them to gauge their knowledge of and commitment to church planting; and training and dialogue sessions on the theology of church planting and theoretical presuppositions. The group surveyed Puebla to decide where to start the church planting movement and developed a master plan to do so among the poor.
