This thesis addresses some of the decision-making issues facing a church in the midst of growth, change, and relocation. The author read extensively in areas related to decision-making, church growth, change, and building. The purpose was to encourage quality decision-making with the goal of diminishing, while not entirely eliminating, the heat of the crucible that inevitably burns at such strategic times. The author also sought to promote healthy communication and decision-making between the elders, the project development team, and the congregation to facilitate a positive transition.
