Abstract
  • This project was designed to produce a manual for work camps. It was used at Four-Corners Native American Ministries (Shiprock, New Mexico). The project sought to bring the physical and spiritual needs of this area together with groups of participants who desired to share their physical and spiritual skills in partially fulfilling those needs. The project evaluation showed that the use of the procedures in this manual enabled the participants to share their faith concretely in a work camp setting. This manual promises further application as a tool for volunteers in all aspects of ministry.
