Abstract

The thesis of this project is how might the present program to train Nazarene lay pastors in Indonesia be modified so as to better reflect the cultural setting, the needs of the emerging national church and its mission strategy, and the doctrine and polity of the Church of the Nazarene? Both historical and descriptive research were used. The objectives of the project were met and the implemented program was perceived as helpful to the Church of the Nazarene in Indonesia.
