- Abstract
- Existing disciple-making and leadership development models generally assume a more stable environment. This project is an attempt to develop a strategy for effective disciple-making and leadership development in a college town church that has a very high turnover rate and a big potential to reach out to scholars from China. In a six month period ideas of the proposed approach were communicated to three groups of participants in multiple sessions of the groups' regular meetings to test the new model's effectiveness. At the end of the test period survey was done through questionnaire, and the results were analyzed.
