Abstract
  • The author designed a training program to equip seminary students to lead home cell groups. The method he used to equip the students was based on small group dynamics where learning happened in the group process. Research concerning the use of small groups in the Christian church was presented first in his report, and then applied in the training program. The project involved three students who were trained in cognitive, affective, and practical skill areas. The project resulted in an effective training program that equipped seminary students to lead home cell groups.
