Abstract
  • This product is an assimilation process designed specifically to reach first generation Filipinos that have come to North America. It contains elements of evangelism and discipleship training that one will find from materials developed by various churches and para-church groups, written from a Filipino-American perspective. Included in this product are discussions of the biblical basis for an equipping ministry and on the need for culturally based Christian materials for all ethic groups. The empirical results of the testing process used to evaluate the effectiveness of the product, in terms of assimilated believers, gives clear indication of the product designs effectiveness.
