Abstract
  • The project proposed to examine and discuss the various intimacy issues that surface during the interpersonal relating that a minister does in ministry. This was accomplished through the supervised ministry course that Roman Catholic seminarians undergo during formation years. It acquainted the seminarians with the techniques that each developed to open themselves up and to protect themselves from other people. The project helped demonstrate how supervision can help these budding ministers recognize and own these aspects of their ministering personality.
