  • 'Biblical Training for Coverage Leaders' is mandated with ensuring leadership for a Romanian ministry of evangelism and discipleship. Student outcomes and program stewardship were evaluated using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Students were generally successful in achieving the profile of understandings, skills, and qualities. Students were critical to ministry success. The program was extremely cost-efficient and had good human resource stewardship.
