Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to expose an intergenerational group to a curriculum designed to instruct participants about worship as it relates to the relevant music shared in worship among generations. A pre-survey indicated that the participants had little prior exposure to worship instruction. Journal writing by the participants indicated excitement when expressing feelings about worship. Post survey and test results revealed that the project was successful in providing a higher level of consciousness and awareness for the relevance of music in worship that will ultimately transcend generations. The use of such a curriculum can enhance corporate worship church-wide.
