Abstract
  • This thesis explores the challenges of authority and identity for itinerant preachers. Using collaborative group process as a methodology and a theological reflection model, I explore how collaboration can enhance one's authority and identity and strengthen one's bond with a congregation even when the preacher previously has limited knowledge of or relationship with the congregation.
