- The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of Fellowship of Montgomery, Montgomery, Texas, with essential assimilation skills. The project director completed the project by meeting three primary objectives. The first objective was to research the field of church member assimilation to determine essential skills needed. The second objective was to develop a training curriculum to equip selected leaders with assimilation skills. The final objective was to equip selected leaders of Fellowship of Montgomery in essential assimilation skills. The project director enlisted several experts in various areas to evaluate goals. He employed assessment instruments, including pretest, posttest, rubrics, reports, and an annotated bibliography, to evaluate the product and outcomes. The project terminated when the project director implemented the workshop for the selected leaders.
