Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a customized peer-mentoring strategy for ministers in the Bethel Baptist Association of southwest Georgia. The project director implemented the project from 10 September 2013 through 13 January 2014, utilizing four key components: specialized research in the field of mentoring, a study of the characteristics and needs of the ministers serving in the Bethel Association, actual development of the strategy utilizing a team approach, and presentation of the finished strategy to the ministers of the association for adoption. The actual implementation of the strategy lay beyond the scope of the project.
