Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was ro research the field of complex systems leadership and the demographic and philosophic profiles of millennials in order to determine if using complexity leadership principles increased involvement of adult millennials at Shadowbrook Baptist Church, Suwanee, Georgia. This project included a quantitative paired-sample survey to evaluate the research data. Data analysis determined if a significant relationship existed which supported the hypothesis that implementation of a complexity leadership protocol could increase involvement of millennials as measured by beliefs, attitudes, and experiences. The researcher produced a training module for implementing complexity leadership among millennials and church leadership.
