- Abstract
- Mainline churches throughout North America are in a season of declining membership, worship attendance, and financial giving. This is particularly true among young adults under forty. This report examines the growth and development of Kairos Church, a thriving PC (USA) new church development in Atlanta, Ga. It examines the congregation's Vision Frame which was developed to keep the church's decisions in alignment with its core values. Particular attention is given to how the Vision Frame shaped a decision concerning church membership.
