Abstract
  • This project proposes a framework in which women and men can work together as teams in ministry among Vietnamese congregations in Central Ohio. In nine formal sessions Vietnamese congregational leaders study biblical and theological foundations of women's ministry and leadership in order to establish new cultural paradigms of thinking and practice. In these studies the leaders grow in positive self-image, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and harmonious relationships for ministry.
