- The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to assimilate guests and regular attendees into fully engaged members of Faith Bible Church, Covington, Louisiana. The project director conducted an analysis of the congregation. He explored existing assimilation models in order to determine best pratices and led the vision implementation team of Faith Bible Church to develop a strategy in order to assimilate guests and regular attendees into fully engaged members.
