- Abstract
- The purpose of this project was to equip selected members of First Baptist Church, Tampa, Florida, in missional living skills. After researching missional living skills and designing training materials, the project director met with a group of eight members of First Baptist Church, Tampa, Florida, to conduct six training sessions. Participants defined missional living, learned to develop a missional mind, heart, and character, and explored ways to develop intentional relationships, missional activities, and evangelistic conversations. At the end of the equipping course, the participants completed an assessment gauging how effective the course had been in improving their understanding and practice of missional living skills.
