Abstract
  • This project-thesis maintains that a mutual ministry is a key factor for church growth and is essential to have an effective ministry. It deals with several areas of the varied roles of the church, as a tool for activation of local church ministry. Participants became active models for the whole congregation. The author addresses that the final goal of the spirituality for growing church will be to give out in love what has been received in love to those who share this world with us. This will be fulfilled by equal regard and mutual acceptance of different gifts among the clergy and laity in Jesus Christ.
