  • This paper develops a model for Christian women to engage in dialogue with Muslim women. The purpose was to facilitate Christian-Muslim dialogue in a post-9/11 America. The project brought together Christian women interested in engaging with Muslim women. The methodology speaks to the observation that Muslim women tend to speak more freely with groups that do not include men. As a result, the dialogue reached levels of exploration that involved faith, perspectives of justice, better understanding, and quests for peace towards loving one another through differences. In conclusion, I envision other Christian communities using this project for interreligious dialogue.
