Abstrakt

This project proposes a lay leadership training program to develop more effective lay leaders among Seventh-day Adventist congregations in Brazil. Based on studies of biblical texts, current literature, and existing lay leadership training programs, the project helps Brazilian pastors to equip lay leaders for ministry. These principles and strategies could be applied to meet similar needs in other parts of the world.
