Abstract
  • Would instructing employees in a Christian ministry organization in how to implement the dialogical conflict resolution methodology in applying Matthew 18:15-17 indicate that these employees will more effectively resolve conflict? The research administered the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and four employee conflict resolution seminars to Christian school faculty members to measure relatively effective employee conflict resolution behavior. There were no statistically significant results between pretest and posttest for the total group or for the men or women faculty. However, anecdotal feedback suggested that the faculty increased from pretest to posttest in learning how to more effectively resolve conflict.
