Abstract
  • The author argues that Paul embedded a unique cluster of 12 imperative verbs in 2 Timothy chapter 2. The study of these verbs enhances spiritual formation and teaching skills of Sunday school leaders. In fact, 2 Timothy has the highest percentage of imperatives in its first half than any other Pauline epistle. The author used traditional research methods. Following a sample group of leaders receiving the findings of this work a statistical increase occurred in their spiritual formation and preparation skills.
